Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the original packaging and same condition that you received it.

If you return your item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is completed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of either the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace an item with accidental damage from shipping, please send us an email at hello@gowheelsgames.com and we will process the exchange.

Shipping

We offer domestic shipping through USPS. You will receive a delivery notification and USPS tracking number after your package has been sent. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.

We will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your item, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. Shipping does not include insurance.
